The two ground terraces are surrounded by green and have access to the common barbeque facilities. There is an organized sandy beach in only 400 metres where you can find a variety of restaurants, taverns and bars. Just 50metres away there is a mini-market while big super markets can be found in a 2 minute drive.

The space

The fully equipped house is just recently renovated and furnished with great care. The ample green spaces that surround it, make the cottage ideal for kids and grown-ups while the neighborhood is rather quiet but also very close to anything that one may need.
