With a total area of 45 sq.m, it has 1 bedroom, 1 spacey kitchen and living room area and a comfortable bathroom with shower. Equipped with a queen sized bed plus a sofa bed, it can comfortably accommodate up to 4 persons. 8′ walk from Aristotelous square & 5′ from Ag. Dimitrios church.

The space

It is a cozy and bright apartment, decorated with natural materials and lots of greenery. It is very well located in the heart of the hyped and trendy Bit Bazaar, with numerous bars and small restaurants, on a walking distance from major tourist sights such as the Roman Forum (just around the corner), the Atatürk Museum (12 mins walk), the Jewish Synagogue (5 mins walk), Aristotelous Square (10 mins walk) and the main shopping streets. The flat offers easy access to the bus stops on Aristotelous street, from where you can take the local bus to quite anywhere in Thessaloniki.
The flat is located on the fifth floor, accessible by elevator, with wooden floors and a balcony with view over the city. It is bright and sunny most of the day. The bedroom has a lot of natural sunlight and simple clean designs which make the place stress free. It is equipped with a totally silent ceiling fan, 1 queen sized bed with a 22cm thick new mattress and a large wardrobe. The linen and towels are provided.
The living room is decorated in white and natural wood colors as well as indoor plants that make you feel more relaxed and calm. It has a comfortable double sofa bed, flat screen 43’’ smart TV and a working place area with a comfortable chair.

Its bright dining area can easily accommodate 4 people, while its kitchen is fully equipped: dishwasher, electric stove, oven and microwave, fridge, freezer, heater, French press for filtered coffee and all basic utensils.
The bathroom has the basic amenities and a shower cabin to make showering the ultimate relaxing experience.
In the washing room you will find a wash and dryer machine, an iron and iron board, a hairdryer and cleaning products.
All rooms have access to fast and reliable Wi-Fi internet connection.
The working space and facilities included can offer a short or long term stay experience.

– Delicatessen (“Salumeria”) next door. Great sandwiches and greek tapas (mezedes) made with local products. We very much like their “trachanas politikos”. Worth a try…
– 3 super markets within 300m.
– Many mini-markets and bakeries around

*Please, keep in mind that in order to respect the other inhabitants’ peace and quiet, it is not permitted to have parties in the flat. Pets are always loved but –unfortunately- not allowed.
**As the wooden floor is really delicate, we would highly appreciate it if you took your shoes off and used the slippers provided.
